Did anybody really think they wouldn't? I guess the same folks who think they will have a part in electing the next president. Hate to say it but in today's brave new world, the next pres has already been appointed. Waiting to be anointed. We elected conservatives(?) into both houses didn't we? Did us a lot of good didn't it? We got rid of Harry and now have his lap dog Mitch. We do still have John who is terrified of Nancy. Eight years ago I would never have dreamed of making these statements.

(crazy)Conservative Justice Antonin Scalia is not happy with today’s Supreme Court decision to uphold a key portion of the Obamacare law — the second such victory the Supreme Court has handed to President Obama on his landmark healthcare law.

Scalia called the Court’s decision in favor of the Obama administration in King v. Burwell “absurd,” blasting the “outlandishness” of Chief Justice John Roberts in a scathing dissent. Scalia warned that today’s decision will forever confuse “honest jurisprudence.”

what the fat toad is refusing to say is that there is no and never has been any honest jurisprudence and the supreme court is just another showbiz joke.

(wife is happy. she retired at 63 because the Affordable Care Act provided her a minimalist insurance plan we can afford until she turns 65 and gets on Medicare. I've been going shooting more since she retired, kind of a win-win, I guess.)

Those of you who didn't vote for Romney cut off your nose to spite your face.
Mitt is a socialist with our money, not his. Apologizing for his "mistake"? That's like Hillary apologizing to the libs wingnuts for her vote to invade Iraq. Doesn't mean squat.

I find the republicrat party disgusting - they haven't done crap except bend over for that empty suit Obama.

I'm going on the dole. If you can't beat 'em...join 'em.

I'll tell ya a true story about how the G has been cultivating a society of losers for a long, long time. I've only been eligible for unemployment once in my life. I was laid off and went down to the UE office and applied. The nice lady reminded me to be sure to tell her if I enrolled for any classes or anything. I'm naively thinking that there must be some extra program to help pay for tuition or something. Thanks! So the very next day I went to the university and enrolled full-time. I then called the nice UE lady who informed me that I was no longer in the workforce and was no longer eligible for benefits. I never collected a dime. ****ers!

I will NEVER take a penny of their money and I will always vote for smaller government and lower taxes. And the world can go to **** and I'll just grow radishes and sneak onto the national park and harvest some deer and fend for myself.

Yep. I'm still naive and **** proud of it.

What Justice Scalia is saying is that instead of determining whether a law is constitutional according to the wording as written by Congress, the SCOTUS chose to reach far beyond it's authority by determining the INTENT of the law regardless of how it was written. By the way, least we forget, Obama care was passed without a supporting vote by any Republican whether in the House or Senate. This disaster was entirely the work of BHO along with his Congressional Democrats.
