I kinda agree with national riceprocity except each states laws would apply. Having read all 2000 pages of ca gun laws and understood perhaps 20 of them, how can anybody stay legal?

      Absolutely correct, Muggsy!

Even that other RINO from New Jersey flip-flopped on his former tough gun control statements to suck up to the 2nd Amendment defenders.

Now that same sex marriage is the law of the land, so should Constitutional Carry be recognized. After all, it is specifically mentioned in the Bill of Rights.

Linc, I've always been more concerned about staying alive than staying legal, but that's just me.

If a bunch of gov't clowns show up with an armored van armed to the teeth and with bullet proof vests show up at my door I don't know how I will feel then. Running out blazing with my deadly CM9 won't accomplish much except make me a martyr for the cause that everyone will forget about in a month. It just might be better to live to fight another day. Interesting argument but at this point academic at best.
I am hoping it is indeed academic and that it will never happen. Thing is tho, I am prepared for it if it does happen. The same reason I carry a firearm, the chance I will need it is remote, yet I convinced my wife to get a permit and a firearm she would carry, because of that I found Kahr, and now own a couple.

The chance they will come to my door is so remote.

Fed Ex thought they had delivered a firearm to my door accidentally. I told the guy the last thing I wanted was a firearm that didn't "belong" to me. Never did find out what happened with that...

Just watched a video of Carly Fiorina saying it is our right to keep and bear arms. So, she has my vote is she wins the nomination.

You're too ornery to check out on us. The Man Upstairs probably wants you to mellow out a bit more before you come a'callin' on Him someday.

What we need is a 6 or 12 month trial period, where if the elected official doesn't turn out the way we had hoped, then they toss him out and have new election or promote the vice president or whatever the people want to do.
