The Hammonds never asked for their help. They should negotiate a settlement where they can give up the building and go home free men.
It's been speculated that double agents, working for the govt. goaded them into taking over the wildlife building, to make Militia's look bad. It could be true since most large Militia's have been infiltrated by govt. agents, who probably act as some of the most radical anti-govt. members.

The BLM is treating Ranchers out west the same way they treated the Native Americans in the 1800's. As soon as they find something valuble under the land belonging to Ranchers, (Oil, Uranium, etc.) they do their best to force the Ranchers off their land so that they can go in and mine these resources. The same way they moved the Native Americans around time after time. The Hammond ranch is said to sit over some valuble Uranium deposits, while the Bundy ranch sat over some valuble oil and natural gas deposits that the Feds wanted to grab. The Hammonds were already convicted and spent time in jail for burning the land, Then the Feds came in and slapped the label of Terrorist on the Hammonds, and then sentenced them to the minimum 5 years in prison for their act of "terrorism". (From what I've been able to gather, not guaranteeing this is 100% correct, but it's the best I could figure out from all the conflicting stories)
The Federal Govt. has no right to own any land, outside of the 10 square miles of the District of Columbia. Nothing in the Constitution gives them the rights to own any land outside of this 10 square miles. It can oversee Federal Parks, as a Trustee of the People, but cannot own them. Or at least that's how I read the following:http://www.heritage.org/constitution/#!/articles/4/essays/126/property-clause How is it they own over 80% of Nevada?

Bringing this to light is the only good that has come from taking over the Wildlife building in Oregon. If Obama can let terrorist muslims out of Gitmo, and release gang bangers and drug dealers out of prison early, then he can surely pardon the Hammonds for their heinous crime of burning 128 acres of National Park, which harmed nothing, and protected their ranch from invasive plants, and forest fires. That would end the occupation of the Wildlife building peacefully. No one has been harmed yet, and we hope it stays that way.

Sooner or later, the Feds will start to apply the same standards to Gun Owners, restricting your 2A rights for BS charges that have nothing to do with owning guns. Imagine a speeding ticket causing you to lose you 2A rights. That's where we are heading if the Feds continue their power grab.
Or Muggsy's Dr. could report him or anyone else taking Chemo as unstable since he did Chemo, and cause him to lose his 2A rights due to a temporary condition. Attorney General Loretta Lynch is already talking about prosecuting anyone that criticizes the Government, or muslims. So they are going after our 1A rights too.

Here is an Interview with Ammon Bundy from an independent news source. You might find his statements a bit different from what the MSM has been feeding us about the situation. The Bundy interview starts around the 22 minute mark. It changed some of my thoughts about the incident. In Ammon's words, they are just trying to right some wrongs that have been done to the ranchers by the BLM, and Federal Government, who is after the minerals underneath the ground. Ammon believes his actions are preventing a future war as the ranchers get fed up with being abused, by taking action now. They are not looking for a fight. They just want to set things right, and make the Govt. follow the law, instead of making it up as they go.
