I'd be happy with Trump, Cruz or Rubio. I'm leaning toward Trump though, he seems to get the most enthusiasm for the voters, much like Reagan used to. If Cruz was as eloquent as Reagan he would probably be leading now.

I really wanted Huckabee to do better. I think this country needs a man of god at the helm, more than anything. Evil and a lack of morals has made this country into this mess it is today. When the Government supports evil, and it agencies are corrupt, we need change, and we are going to get changed, one way or another. Either we straighten up, or God is going to straighten us up. If God does it, it's not going to be pretty. Of course if we are the ones to straighten it out, that probably won't be pretty either. I pretty much knew Huckabee didn't have much chance, there are too many that want to play with the devil for him to ever get elected to national office.

Would you rather have Obama's hand picked candidate in the white house or another Bush? I don't think that can make it any clearer that that.
+1. We old guys remember that Clinton became prez because Ross Perot (if you're too young to remember Perot, he was sort of Trump Lite) ran as an independent.

There was a lot wrong with Bush 41 but was worlds better than Bill and Hill. Bill was too busy with interns to pay attention to national security and Al Qaida. Then Clintonistas deliberately disrupted the transition to the Bush 43 admin during months of frivolous challenges to the election, so the Bush team barely had time to move in and get their people in place and set up before 9-11. That's what happens when people use their vote to "send a message" and get a low life elected.
        Rest in peace Muggsy

While that dead horse is still making forward progress I wonder why Dr Ben Carson hasn't been discussed. He's not establishment, loves God, loves life, is pro 2A and doesn't attack his opponents. He just lays out his vision for a better America every chance he gets. He's good at seeing a problem and getting experts to come together to solve it. Like a Chief Executive should do. I'm not against any Republican but I'm for the vision Ben Carson is laying out.

Me too; however, he doesn't have a chance. I think Trump is the one who has the best change of actually taking great strides in making America Great Again.

That would be a good combo; but, I like Trump/Cruz better.

Good point. The last I heard, Trump was ahead of Cruz in the polling in Iowa, after the debates.

I like a pragmatist. Pragmatism is common sense and vice-a versa. Trump is common sense and pragmatic.

I think Michael Brown explains it pretty well. He's for Cruz and I'm not but either trumps Trump.

Trump is a zero. He hasn't said one word about how he'll accomplish anything that he says he'll do. If your looking for a man of God don't look to Trump. He openly supported abortion on demand and partial birth abortion. He's been married four times. What God has joined together let no man put asunder. Goes to his loyalty and to his word. Till death us do part. I pledge thee my troth. Trump is a showman and little more.
