I've said it before and I'll say it again, the last two elections taught me never to underestimate the stupidity of the electorate.

Q: But the single payer, you're not interested anymore?
A: No. No, these are different times. And over the years, you are going to change your attitudes. You're going to learn things and you're going to change. And I have evolved on that issue. I have evolved on numerous issues.

The best analogy I've heard so far came from Neil Boortz......He said the Republicans voted for a Democrat and the Democrats voted for a Socialist

+1 Neil said it better than I could have. What's wrong with these people?

I knew who I was at the age of 26. It took 67 years for "The Donald" to figure it out, if you can believe him. Conservative in name only. Deal maker by trade.

                    That thoroughly explains it!

Yep - Boortz, even though he is a Texas A&M Aggie, is one of the few voices of reason out there.

Yeah, he's a carpetbagger, IMO. But I like the way he's pissin' everybody off on both "sides".

                            Nailed it right there.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

The New Hampshire primary didn't do really do squat, except cause our resident Cruz supporter to get out his soapbox and badmouth Trump some more. With the same old lines he's been using for months now. (Got anything new?) 1 states delegates up for grabs. Big whoop.

On the Republican side. Trump got a victory, and Kasich leapfrogged 6 other candidates to finish 2nd, over Cruz, Rubio, Bush, Christie, and not sure who the other ones were. And Carly Fiorina dropped out of the race. Trump picked up 10 delegates, Kasich 4, and Cruz, Bush and Rubio each picked up 3. Overall Trump leads with 17 delegates, Cruz has 10, Rubio 7, Kasich 4, and Bush 3 The big deal will be on March 1st, "Super Tuesday" where a boatload of delegates are up for grabs. That will tell us a lot more. It takes 1,237 to win the Republican Nomination, according to the AP. It doesn't say what kind of majority that is, if it 51.1% or the 60% that Cruz or Trump will need to secure the nomination away from the GOP Selected Puppet candidates Bush or Rubio.

And for the Democrats, even though Sanders won the Democrat side, Hillary walked away with more delegates due to the "super delegates" that aren't bound by the primary vote, and can declare for whoever they choose, and Hillary ended up with 2 more delegates, than Sanders did thanks to the super delegates. Or at least that's what was reported on some news outlets. That super delegate deal seems kind of sleezy to me, but that the Progressive DimoCraps for you. Democrat party officials, that just decide who they want to vote for. No possible way that bribery, blackmail, or threats could influence them. I'm sure it's all on the level.

I heard Christie was going to consider dropping out, too. I hadn't heard Fiorina; I'd actually forgotten about her.
