Trump Slams the Pope

Trump called Pope Francis a pawn of Mexico and said that the Pope was disgraceful for questioning Trumps Christian faith. I never expected to hear anyone say something like that about the Pope, especially a rock solid Presbyterian. You'd think that the Pope was a republican presidential candidate or something.

What is Pope Francis doing sticking his nose into the GOP Presidential Primaries? No other Pope has felt the need to inject himself into the Presidential race, with the possible exception of the Pope at the time giving John F. Kennedy his support AFTER he won the primary, and was facing Nixon. Pope Francis has said quite a few things that leave me shaking my head. He is certainly going his own way. The other candidates didn't have much to say about the incident, saying they didn't want to get involved, but said the Pope would not influence their policy decisions.

The Vatican has a massive wall, and the tightest immigration control in the world. Not to mention investments in firearms companies.

Calling the Pope a hypocrite is like calling Hillary a liar, it's just a fact of life. Trump is right, he's a tool.

The Pope was asked the question by a reporter. I thought that you liked people like Trump who spoke their minds. I guess you only like them if they agree with your position. Seems Trump does, too. Liberals are the same way, aren't they? Just sayin.

Such venom directed at a Holy man. There's a fence surrounding the White House and there are armed guards there, too. Seems that Trump wants in. I guess it's okay for Trump to condemn the popes comments, but it's not okay for the Pope to express his views. I'm a Lutheran by the way. Just sayin.

I believe that every Pope has spoken out against sin of all kinds. I've never heard him condone sin.

Today on CNN Trump stated that he supported the individual mandate in Obamacare. For those of you who don't know what that is it's the mandate that forces people to sign up for Obamacare or pay a fine if they are uninsured. Yep, Trump is a true conservative. Fox News just ran a video that shows Trump stating the he supported the war in Iraq back when Bush was in office. I guess that Trump was for the war before he was against it. Sorry John, but Trump is just too target rich for me to not take a shot.
