I would also, muggsy, but I seriously Trump would stand behind and to the side of President Cruz, smile and nod to everything he says. I do recall Trump in an early debate saying Ted is smart and would have a place, maybe vice president. I think cruz is certainly qualified for a few cabinet positions. If the kingmakers raise too much fuss at the convention and Cruz takes it, maybe he will make Donald Secretary of State!!! I really like them both but can't see Trump as taking a step back.

If the current nomination drags on without an appointment, Cruz should be named and confirmed. Otherwise, they'd have to send Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg to that hunting lodge.
