    Me ?
    CW40
I've run about 150 rds. of tha' WWB 165 gr. FMJ and about 150 rds. of the
Gold Dot 180 gr. GDHP... AND some 50 rds. or so of a friends, light hand load
solid lead. (powder, grs. etc. I don't remember what he said/used. BUT, it was
    messy.) Never again.
I've gotta' tell ya', NOT ONE FTF or hic cup what so ever. ECEPT, with one rd.
of tha' handload, which actually failed to seat in the chamber.
I trust and value my CW40 ... all tha' way !

What do I carry for my P40?

I carry Speer Gold Dot Short Barrel. 100% feed reliability. The short barrel is nice if you have the option. I think the nickel plated casings are a plus since I carry IWB for oxidation resistance.

My K40 is not a picky eater!

I use CorBon 135gr or Remington Golden Saber 165gr for carry and whatever is cheap and available for practice. Haven't had any reliability problems with any of the ammo I've used in it so far.

I've tried several and settled on Win. Ranger 155 HP. Accurate, snappy but easy to control. Works well in my G27. I also tried Fiocchi 180 Gr. XTP HP loads but they seem to have more recoil than fast shooting allows.
                      Good luck...
