James Dean is working on a holster for me to carry my J-frame at about 11:00 (lefty). We have played around with names for this custom holster: JD came up with "JFootin JFrame AIWB Holster" and I came up with "Hillbilly John's Laid Back AIWB Holster" because it is reverse canted. LOL!
Here is the latest image from his workbench.

The negative cant and low ride will, I am confident, do the following:
The clip is sized correctly to fit a 1 1/2" belt and is tuckable.
I keep saying, James is an extremely talented holster maker! He has met my very detailed specifications for this custom holster 100%! And isn't it a handsome design?
I believe this holster is going to be comfortable for all day carry. I'll let you know after I have it and have worn it for a few days.

The negative cant and low ride will, I am confident, do the following:
- Orient the gun and holster so that they won't jam against my leg when I am seated, greatly enhancing comfort.
- Make the grip lay down horizontally very near my belt where my middle aged spread expands above it, causing any shirt to drape over it with no printing. If the cant were zero the grip would stick up and be pushed outward by my spread, printing terribly and jamming the muzzle end into my belly.
- Present the gun to my hand at an ideal angle for a quick draw. You can see what I mean by placing your hand at the AIWB position and looking at the angle of your hand.
