Looks rather nice...kinda reminds me the way my XD45 Compact looks like only it is in the blued version with only one exception. My XD45 compact holds 10 rounds with thr flush fit magazine.
I haven't seen many of those around at any of the dealers or gun shows over the past few years.

You need a remora holster! I just got mine a month ago and it is made of the super grippy synthetic material. It works perfectly for pocket carry and fits my cw9 well. I also use it iwb, and it sticks in place better than some clip on holsters i have used in the past. For 30 bucks you cant go wrong. And plus they have a size specifically for the medium frame kahr CW9 or P9. Just check out their website, they work as advertised.Originally posted by 2ac View PostThanks for all the positive comments guys. I'm really happy it turned out as well as it did.
And yea, it's all about the concealability of the grip. Plus I get the added sight radius with a bit more recoil control.
I have found though, that I need a different pocket holster. The Uncle Mike's is a bit too loose in some pockets. Anyone have any recommendations, I'd prefer synthetic and slim, maybe something different than a Superfly for a change.

This looks very interesting. Your came out awesome! I am now considering doing this to my P9.
If I end up making my P9. A covert, how do I get the mags to flush fit? Do I just switch to PM9 magazines?
How did you measure in order to determine were to make first cut on the grip and how long the final grip needed to be?Regards,
Steve

The first cut was up to the were the texture start on the bottom of the grip. After that I used 180 sand paper. I would sand for a little while and check to make sure the grip was even. I continue sanding until I reached the 11th dimple on the front and 16 dimple on the back of the grip. I also used a PM9 magazine. I would insert the magazine to see if it clips in. When the magazine clip in I start to use the 600 sand paper to smooth out the grip.Originally posted by ORSalesRep View PostThis looks very interesting. Your came out awesome! alot of talent on this forum. alot.. quite a few guys have made this covert mod with great success. the great one posted his first grip stipplying job and it is awesome. he has posted many grips he has made for members and they are out of sight. He can even make grips blindfolded, course they don't fit but never the less he can do it. I marvel at his ability to refinish my herretts J frame stocks with a bottle of walnut stain in front of him and yet the grips came out all Pink. He is amazing to say the least.
. My PM9 has over 34,000+ rounds through it, and runs much better than an illegal trying to get across our border
