Thanks for the pictures. I want to have mine coated, but wasn't sure how the silver trigger would look. Now I know to leave it alone.

looks good, i got my pm40 slide redone and sights installed for under 40 bucks including return shipping... I like the dehorning of the slide looks nice. My pictures do suck, but it was a cell phone so they aren't the best!

Focus on your front sight..... The rest should be blurry!

I know for a fact that if you hit the scratch on the frame with a green scotchbrite pad, the scratch will disappear. It will be easy to blend in. You have to commit to it instead of going super light with it. No more than 5 mins.

I contoured mine alot and even on the right side where the slide stop pin sticks oput like a sore thumb.I shortened it withmy dremeland rounded it flush with the right side frame. Looks like a trigger pin, but I have no issues getting the lever out either.

If u search on this form for jocko's custom PM9, u will see my cutom job on my PM9. Accurate Iron did alot of my work including the grip stippling, I did the mag well cut outs..

Dang it Jocko...I meant to ask him to do it. I guess if I mess it up, I can get a new one cheap. Thanks for the reminder.

u can'tmessit up, u just can't. If u contour thatright side pin to, u can just get some birchwood cold blue and it will take that blue andit will blend in with the balck frame nicely.

                      Help a newby out here.
                      What horns?
I thought that was something done to bulls and deer.

The sharp edges on the slide are smoothed. In Jocko's case, even the sharp edges on the slide pin are smoothed. Look at the first pic of this one and a stock CM9 and it will be obvious. Great questions. By your post count, I'd say "welcome"!

Dang that looks nice. I thought I liked mine the way it is now ... but I'm going back to wanting the black slide. Can you mention who did the work? (or did you and I'm just blind?)

Man, that is sick!!!! Please relist who did this for you. This is very tempting.

The gun was done by a guy local to Asheville, NC. I still have not shot it, so I'm hoping the reliability is still there! I sure like how it looks.

I've still got a lot to learn, but that's ok because if you know-it-all then there's nothing left to learn. (And there's plenty of those in the firearms world already, thankfully I have not seen one on this forum)
