The plastic above the trigger was rough on my PM40 when I purchased it used. I tracked it to the recoil spring retainer brim. Mine was rough along the edge. I have polished it and no more wear.

My PM9 Polymer frame is chipping & getting cut above the slide lock pin hole right side. The left side is fine. It's 1 year old & about 800rds through it. Emailed Kahr this week they sent me a RMA # next day but no shipping label so shipping is my cost there & back maybe they will reimburse me after looking & fixing the pistol ? Looked up UPS & FedEx rules on their web sites both say I can send a pistol to the manufacture & back to my home but must send it overnight both ways $$$ & get an adult to sign for it both spots. Here in Michigan I have to pack it up & take the pistol to one of their (Shipping Centers) & tell them I'm shipping a gun. Not to a strip mall shop or pick up at my house. I would post pics. cant yet. Sending it out Monday post what happens after the fix. I'm sad this happened been getting Kahr bashing since I bought it. Like the little gun shoots great. Used it in some of the pistol classes I took last year surprised people how well it shot.
