Some single action "peacemaker" style .22 6 shooter. Got it for my 16th BD. I was stolen in a burglary.

My first was a Smith & Wesson model 19 blued 6" barrel, target hammer and trigger and it cost me 180 dollars brand new. That was 1974.

H&R Sportsman 9 shot .22. Grandfather gave it to me in 1957. Still have it and shoot it often. Still in excellent condition. He was a county sheriff and in 1946 captured a guy who had used it in a robbery. He got it as part of the reward. Very different day and age.

Ruger P89 was the first handgun I ever bought with my own money. I was home on leave. I used it to test 9mm loads up until about 3 months ago when it got traded in on a single stack for CC.

Bought it new in 1959 and still have it:

When I was about 18 or so, my dad hooked me up with a plain-Jane S&W Model 10 with a 6" barrel. I wish I still had it.

Yep, the good old days when the eyes were like an eagle and flat ground and hills were covered at the same pace. A RUGER SINGLE SIX with the wmr extra cylinder and .22 ammo was EVERYWHERE.....

Browning HP in 1966 to be used as my Navy Service Carry. I didn't want the S&W 38 that was the standard at the time.

CZ-52, 7.62x25 Tokarev. Purchased in 2003 for all of $109. I still have it. I have two of them now, actually, and at one time I owned 3.

The chromed example looked much better than it shot, so I sold it when I bought a Kahr CM9. The dark parkerized one with the walnut grips was my first.
