I'm a die hard Hk fan.
But rented a P7 and couldn't hit the broadside of a barn.
The squeeze cocker really freaked me out.
Maybe if I bought it and got used to it things would be different.
    I've got ~10 Hks.
But a P7 doesn't seem to be in the cards.
(That SP5K is a 9mm BTW. Albeit a double stack 30 round pistol - LOL)

Spooky good is a very accurate description.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

I feel compelled to highlight my common carry, PM9 (PM9193). Single stack 9mm. Perfect for me Cooks IWB holster.

The P7 feels odd at first but after one realizes you don't need to grip it any differently than any other gun, after the initial squeeze, it becomes just another pistol. Takes some getting used to. No "death grip" needed though. The HK P7 is very similar in size and weight to the Kahr T9, except for the trigger, as the P7 has a short, light trigger pull.

          P7M8

Judging by today's left wing, looks like Senator Joe McCarthy was right after all.

With the mag release moved, does the PPS provide more "anger finger" space?

I always wanted a P7, never did own one. Did come close one time.

I had the PPS classic and it found a new home, missed it and the PPS M2 found a way into the stable and then I touched the CM 9 and had to have it!
I love it more than the PPS M2 the trigger is better IMHO different yes and as been pointed out by others more revolver like. The PPS M2 is gone and now I'm a little sorry I didn't get the PM 9 I just love the ergo's. Going to the Orlando gun show tomorrow and see if I can get some night sights put on oh and yeah a new holster lol. And may even trade my P938 for - not sure I love the single action but honestly the CM 9 has it beat hands down.

K45 Elite? Only thing close is a Mk40 Elite

When I got it NIB it was uber tight.
                            Hard for me to disassemble/reassemble.
                            Lots of FTFs early on.
Kept it lubricated with Militec-1 and just kept shooting.
Eventually the gun loosened up and broke in
                            Now it's 100% with 135, 155, 165 and 180 gr JHPs.
Federal HST, Winchester Ranger T-Series, Cor-Bon and Speer GDHP Short Barrel.
Accurate, soft shooting with a glassy trigger.
                            I'll never let it go.
                            The teething pains sucked.
But in the end - it's worth the trouble.
                            The gun's a little tank

I'd kill for one in 45 ACP.
But I'm not asking for a list...
                            That's an expensive proposition friends

It's just the right size and weight to go pocket carry.
The trigger is nothing short of outstanding.
And it's been 100% reliable with any ammo
You talked me right into it so now I have a pair of LC9s's
