What are they going to do with all the people, and there will be lots of them that can't afford any health insurance even at a Gov subsidized rate and get fined but can't afford the fine....Is it IRS/FEMA camp time for those who dare to violate the Kings law?....

How much does 4000 new Obamacare/IRS Police Agents to oversee the thing add to the cost of this disaster which now is estimated to climb to 3 Trillion dollars which is exactly 2 Trillion 100 Billion more than Obama told us his stinkin plan would cost.....

    God help us!!!....

I tried for a year to talk to someone about a cheaper plan, and they weren't interested..........they probably figured that If I was foolish enough to keep paying, they were happy to take my money. They now have sent me a letter, explaining that since I purchased my original policy before March 23, 2010, I can be exempt from the healthcare changes. They didn't mention how much this would cost. Screwed either way. We are not sure what we are going to do. The POTUS was right, you can keep your insurance if you like it, but I figure, now, they probably want $20,000.00 a year. My state also opted to not start the exchange. In 3 years, my premiums quadrupled. A real dilemma.
Somehow, someway, mine didn't go up (Nov 1 renewal letter) for the next 12 months. Well, it went up $10/month. We pay $1055/month now for a family plan that covers 3 people. $20 copay at the doc, $750 deductible for IP/OP hospital visits. Its an Anthem Keycare deal. Bought it nearly a decade ago. Price has almost doubled since we took it out. But I figure $12000/year is a steal right now, until it gets destroyed by the overall cost of the mess being created by the ACA.

Enrollee number one was a guy named Chad. Or not. Either someone lied or the news got it all wrong.

Actually, that was one of the key tenants of Obamacare, to cover a horse's ass, until the ass is 26 anyway.

Fortunately for now, both my son and I have excellent coverage thru our respective employers.

Actually Jocko and I already enjoy government healthcare, only it's called Medicare. If you wise elbows are lucky enough to live that long you'll enjoy it, too. Now get back to work and keep our social security checks rolling in.

Just got my new copy of Consumer Reports in the mail yesterday and there is an article about Obamacare and what it really means to everyday people once it unfolds that I found to be a real eye opener....I learned more about Obamacrap in this short article than I've heard from the Main Street Media since the Oct 1st roll out up until the present...

We were told that if a person wants to opt out and be uninsured the fine would be $95.00 a year which is bad enough to be fined for doing nothing wrong but doable if you are a college student or a worker with a low salary in order to stay out of trouble with the Obummer/IRS Police BUT here's the part nobody I've heard talk about yet but is brought out in the Consumer Reports article....Starting in 2016 when most likely Hitlery takes over the Oval Office the no Obummercare fine will increase to $695.00 per person per year if you are uninsured....

My question is that if you are a young family man with a wife and 2 kids trying to scratch out a living in this stagnant Obamaconomy and at the end of the year the Gov sends you a bill/fine for nearly $3000.00 where are you supposed to come up with that kind of money???...If your furnace is going out and it's getting cold outside or your work pickup needs a new transmission where do you think that money needs to go to, family needs or the anointed one's final solution????....

What does the Gov plan to do with people that make the decision to either feed their family or pay the fine and choose family????...Is it jail time, wage garnishment, FEMA Camp or what....This plan STINKS and it may be high time to do like the Veterans did when they tore down the barricades closing the Memorial in Washington and piled them in front of the White House saying take your crap back, WE OWN THIS PLACE!!!!....

Get this months Consumer Reports and read this article for yourself, the more we know the better we can fight back against this mess....

Allow me to qualify that, an "old" horses ass.

So what if the Government passed a healthcare law and no one signed up? Sometimes passive resistance is the best method of protest. They can't lock us all up and they can't get blood out of a stone. I ain't got no money, honey. (With apologies to "The Big Bopper.")

That thankfully, for now, seems to be what's happening...nobody is signing up. It's just a handful of people so far. Even though the site is plagued with problems, there should be WAY MORE people being reported as having signed up by now...two weeks later. I hope this continues. From the looks of the articles and blogging out there, people (young) are freaking out because their ultra cheap catastrophic policies are DOUBLING in premium. Why? because those rates now include covering the previously uninsured sick folks, the change in benefits like mandatory maternity, etc. But, what's funnier, is those folks somehow, someway, had no freakin' clue how insurance works or was prices and now they are mad as hell. Those folks are probably gonna drop their coverage, which will continue to degrade the pools further, prices will go up, more people mad...yadda yadda. Its a beautiful thing if you ask me, I'm sitting back, watching the show, and laughing my ultra-conservative-ultra-capitalist-ultra-libertarian butt right off.

I went here and did an estimate to see what it would be if I had no coverage and wanted some:

                            http://kff.org/interactive/subsidy-calculator/

What it tells me is that my premiums would be $11,000 based on my age, zip and income (I ain't rich either) with no subsity.

Now if I was a low-income earner I would get a subsidy of 90+% for the same coverage.

So guess who's paying the subsidy? We're all screwed and the economy is doomed.
The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.

Want to see what will be the end of our country as we know it???
