Muggsy, I don't think I will ever convince you to vote for Trump in the primary , nor will you convince me to not vote for Trump. That is the beauty of our system; we have the freedom to vote. I have not gone back and read all of your posts again; but, I certainly hope you will vote for Trump against whatever dem they put up against him.

The border solution is very simple and relatively inexpensive actually:

3 rows of parallel chain link fence. Each row 10 yards apart and 20 feet tall, topped with razor wire. This gives you essentially 2 lanes. Centered in each of the 2 lanes, every 100 yards or so, depending on the terrain, are 2 motion activated fully automatic .50 cal BMGs.

Minimal border patrol units monitor the fence for malfunctions or attempted incursions.

And at each of the appropriate points of entry there is a big beautiful door.

Nice touch OvalNut. I was thinking more along the lines of a Phalanx system but .50 bmg should be enough.
