I've seen some nice modifications and solutions to little issues like the non-flush magazines and other things, though they're all in different threads and hard to find if you're not for sure what you're looking for. Was hoping this thread can serve as a reference for modifications and where people can just post pictures of their modified Kahrs.
Mine isn't anything special, though I do have some minor updates planned. (Smoothing off the slide stop so it doesn't snag when re-holstering, cerakoting slide flat black and figuring something out to make non-flush mags, flush)
All I've done to mine is stipple it and added a grip extensions to my 6 round magazines which I carry. So these are hardly serious mods, but it's a start. I wasn't for sure originally if I was going to keep my Kahr or not due to some concern regarding the polymer wear, but now that I've passed 200 rounds and approaching 300, I've seen no additional wear and have had zero hiccups with the gun. I'm keeping it now, and I've already ruined it's resell value so might as well adjust it to suit my needs.

Should be noted that the magazine extension doesn't actually sit flush as shown. The magazine was disassembled, only the grip extension was on the base of it at the time. Ideally that's how it'd look when it's assembled, but still have that famous Kahr gap... Though now the magazine base is painted black thanks to a trusty paint marker, so at least it doesn't look too odd.
