I just got back from the range, sighting in my new to me Marlin Lever Action 45-70.
Man that is a sweet shooter. The iron sights were dead on at 100 yards.
My brother gave me a real good deal on it, it's not something he was going to get much use out of.

Well crap, just caught another staple in the carpet. Direct hit, flat right side leg, I mean tire. 3rd one in 3 weeks.

New tires suppose to be here tomorrow, couldn't have got here today and made life simple. Noooooooo, punishment for all the sins of my earlier life.

I tried to b elike here but guys like Muggs, Tinman, downtwoon Getsome and of course our colonel just made life so difficult for me. At my age conflict is not a good thing. I wanted to stick aroundin case Justin ever decided to peddle that worthless POS rife he bought, but I guess that is now out to.so long fokkers!!!

Wish you'd told me sooner, I'd sell all my stock in Preparation H, won't be needing it anymore, probably already too late now, every one's selling, won't be worth the effort.
