For those close up shots you have to choose the "Macro" mode so the focus grabs the closest object.

It' usually the little flower icon

    • On my camera, the macro button is disabled when in Auto mode. Have to go to one of the more manual modes for that. Some cameras will do it in Auto though.

            • Yup. That's a Black Talon. I quit messing around with run of the mill JHP's years ago. I found that the Black Talon can do things that no other round (including some small ballistic missiles) can do. I think it's well worth the extra money. The Black Talon's can seek out vital organs mid-flight. Once you fire a round (in any direction), it automatically seeks out the biggest threat. It locks onto vital organs mid-flight, and adjusts its flight path for the best accuracy. If it encounters body armor, it does one of two things. It will first try to penetrate the armor. If it cannot penetrate armor, it goes into what they call "passive aggressive attack mode". This means that the round can actually stop, back up, and evaluate its target. It has the ability to unbutton a shirt, and actually remove the velcro or other straps holding the armor together. Once the armor is compromised, the round again enters primary attack mode, gaining speed (3/4 the speed of light) before going after its initial target again.

I've never actually experienced this first hand, but I saw it on the news years ago, so it must be true.

If you have expended you last round and have no other options, a cyanide capsule may be your last resort (vs torture and imprisonment!)

Do I need a prescription? Or should I just go to the feed store and get rat poison. I got a low pain threshold and torture just doesn't work for me.

So I called it right? That's what that would be? This could be a first ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.

I think it's a suppository, for getting the cocaine through customs. Wonder if it sets off metal detectors or shows up in the body scanner? If it's plastic with a shiny coating, it might work.
