Yeah, could be sour grapes, or maybe with those girly hands of yours, and all of those fat HK grips, you could be FOS.Originally posted by Barth View PostI get used to the trigger by actually firing the gun.
Usually at least 1,000 to 1,500 rounds initially just to get proficient.
The rest of your post just sounds like sour grapes - LOL!

We have been having record heat
I've been running out near Four Peaks before daybreak to get some trigger time before the furnace gets lit!
Thank Goodness I'm heading to Portland OR tomorrow to attend my daughters wedding.

Speaking of single stack 9s, there's been a S&W 3913 Ladysmith in the used case at the LGS for quite a while now, along with a CS45. If they weren't so doggone expensive and if I didn't like my Shield so much I'd put them both on layaway.

Wish the CW 380 had been available years ago when I was an avid cyclist in the North Carolina foothills and mountains. Pretty difficult to stuff my Walther PP or my S&W Model 19 .357 in my lycra shorts.Originally posted by Ronni3_J View PostI go back and forth between the CW9 and CW380 depending on my daily activities. The CW380 is my cycling firearm. I don't even notice it when I'm spinning away the day

Ruger LC9s Pro
Ruger LC9s Pro continues to be my most carried weapon.
It's just the right size and weight to go pocket carry.
The trigger is nothing short of outstanding.
And it's been 100% reliable with any ammo right out of the box
Probably one of the best deals in concealed carry.

Barth, you're a bad influence. I took a day off work and did some early wheeling and dealing today and came home with that exact pistol. Now you have to go buy that Tavor so we're even.
Went to the range and put 100 flawless rounds through it. All I can say is that trigger is CRAZY SMOOTH. There is no wall or stacking before the break. That is the smoothest striker fired trigger I have ever felt. Took the wife with me (she shot her RM380) and I literally looked at her after the first mag and all I could say was wow.
So are you pocket carrying it? If so what holster are you using? The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
Want to see what will be the end of our country as we know it???

The trigger is the best striker fired trigger I've ever felt too (it's spooky good).
As for the Tavor?
I just bought this ($2,500) and need to give my wallet/bank account a break!
(My four credit cards continue to have zero balances

I've had two or three Smith 39's, and they did me just fine, and foolishly got sold off for one newer project or newer acquisition. You don't see them in nice shape too much anymore.
No problems at all with the PM9's. They shoot great! Always wanted a HK P7 when I was younger, just for their unusual design, but I'd pass today.
Tucked away.... an Astra 600 that technically is a 9mm, although its a 9mm Browning Long. Its simply marked 9mm and.... is mistakenly listed in many places as 9mm Parabellum or 9mm Largo. It is blowback action, and NOT locked breach and while it feeds 9mmP, and 38 Auto, 38 Super... gulp. Just shoot 9mm Browning Longs in it, or your hand loads that replicate the low pressure of the same made from reworked (shortened) 38auto cases. The 38Auto/38Super "sometimes" fits in the chamber. 9mm Longs too.
