Highly indeed! That's a beauty. I had a 6700 Match Target I bought myself through a program when I went to Colt school.
Kick myself for letting a commander talk me out of it. It was a great rifle.
I've very tickled with my new Armalite, still need to get to range, been kind of poorly lately but I'll rebound one day and we'll be a shooting.http://bawanna45.wix.com/bawannas-grip-emporium#!

Probably sell the Seecamp for no other reason that the Ruger fits my hand much better. The LCP II shot fine on Sat morning. Much easier than gen one LCP's. Still nowhere near as easy to shoot accurately when compared to any of my snubbies or my PM9 all of which will remain my my primary carry unless I absolutely have to carry while swimming in a Speedo in which case the little Ruger will make me look like I'm trying to smuggle a bunch of grapes across the border."Never pet a burning dog"

You chose a really nice gun. That one and it's W. German 226 brother will stay in my family.Originally posted by jeepster09 View PostQuick....restrain me! Just picked up a Sig M11A1.
I swapped out the thinner factory M11A1 trigger for one that came from an older model P226. It just fit my hand better. Ten minute deal. Also, the G10 grips from Hogue made a difference in my case.
See how easy it is to spend other peoples money? I should work for the government.

Forgot to post my new "free" CW9 - just replaced the bulky plastic baseplate on the magazine with the flat steel one from Kahr to make it fit more "flush":

Well, I've had an FN FNX in 45 on lay away for awhile and I just can't seem to convince myself that I really want it. What holds me back is that while the whole package is nice enough, the polymer in the magwell seems a little too flexible to me. I finally decided what the heck it will either work for me or not. So, I'm at the shop to pick it up and a bud there suggests I look at a beat up TRP they have. It has some wear marks on the slide and the rear sight has a few dents in it, but it seems sound mechanically. I shoot a few rounds through it and find nothing to complain about in that regards. Now that FN is used, but in great shape with 3 mags for $499. I'll probably not find that deal again for one, but I'm thinking I've never seen a TRP at $599...not too hard a choice for me even if the TRP might qualify as a project gun. Later, I hit it with some cold blue to see if is carbon or stainless steel under the paint and find it's carbon. I went ahead and wiped it down completely with the cold blue and now I'm thinking I'll might just leave it as is....well, I do want to replace the sights at some point, so who knows what might happen when the old ones are off

BTW Bawanna, I was thinking of you while I was at the shop:
