  • Hasn't been to the paint shop yet?

I like that a lot. Do love Bobtails and duo tones.

      • My devoted Ahlmans advocate trying another shop? Say it ain't so.

Don't ruin the fine looks of that nice gun or I'll send you a mountain of pictures of woman with huge boobs.

        I've found your button Mr.

        • Don't be stingy with the female boob pics, I just ordered a CW9 from Tombstone Tactical.

Told the wife it is a "free" gun since I used the $325 of rebate money I "saved" after buying two Remington R1s, a 9mm Shield, and an RM380 over the past 4 months - all at low prices to begin with. Frugal & wise shopping, just like she does..... at least that's what I told her. Almost have her convinced.

          • You got two R1's? I thought I only heard about one. You holding out on me?

            • Yes, I bought the 5" R1 and a 4.25" Commander - but the shortie was a gift for my brother who has done a lot of unheralded work in recent years concerning some family bidness.

              Hope the pic shows up:
Edited to add - nope - pics aren't working, as the host site is discombobulated.

Brother (age 79) became a bit emotional & animated when presented with the new gun several weeks ago. That's saying a lot because he was a bean counter by profession. He wasn't even disappointed when I informed him he wasn't getting the $100 cash rebate.

              • Aw, I remember that now, first I'd heard of the Commander size at the time. My bad.

You did your part, just forgot mine.

Pictures are definitely a nuisance since that bucket place went underground. I gotta sit down (well I sit all the time) but focus on finding a new photo host.

Or Bruce Willis - he was a 1911 guy in some of his flicks.

                          • The true 1911 guy is Steven Segal. Some of them I think held 20 rounds but he does good stuff.
