Ok for anyone who cares or is keeping track, I went in and deleted the 40 or so pics I added to the website yesterday and reentered them today. I think somehow I was uploading like thumb nails so when they blew up they were all threaded up. (that's the PC way to say screwed up).

Anyhow I have a huge headache but all the pics are now clear. I might still have a couple duplicates but I'll sort it out. Starting to get a handle on how to do some stuff there.

Still a computer moron but not quite as dumb as yesterday.

Yep! That's one of the top five that would look great on my compact (officer's) Amigo. Just curious, Bawanna....is it much extra work to make these grips extra THIN for scrawnny hands? I believe I've seen some of you grips that were thinner than usual.

Just a tad more effort if you want to cover the plunger tube, but not much. You do need to install short bushings. Usually not a big deal and only 10 bucks or so. Short bushings and short screws.

Thanks for the bump. I've hoped for so long that this would become a sticky but have accepted that it isn't. A truly gifted man that Bawanna is, and has been overly generous sharing it. For Christmas perhaps we should all send him some stabilized exotic wood to keep him happy while snowed in.

that is just super work great one, there is a reason u know why we all call u the great one. In no way is this a refleciton of obummer who some also call the great one.

U really outta get a webb site like esmerlda has and post some photos of grips made with a aprice behind them. U can still benice to your forum people if u so desire but there are alot of ownerts out there that will pay for good work and ur work is outstanding to say the least.

course obummer the other great one will expect some taxes paid from ur work to. U know it is the American way-- Course u could unionize and maybe get some government grant. Hell it is worth a try. solandra got away with it. Telas motors got away with it

Makes me almost wanna go out and buy a 1911 POS gun just to have a set of ur grips on it, but I know they would be PINK, as u seem to have a fetish for PINK, especially for me.

Thanks Old Lincoln, I've often wanted to sticky it myself since I look for it from time to time to add new pics and sometimes on dry spells it takes me awhile to find it myself. I didn't want to do it for fear it would be a toot my own horn or play favorites cause I'm a mod etc but John approved and endorsed it so I will do so now since you asked.

Also thanks to your generosity I'm out pulling the handle on the Hornady Lock N Load making the package you sent me useful and my ammo shelf much less bare. Can't thank you enough.

Jocko, I do have a web site, thanks to my girl Melissa. I don't put prices and I still need to spruce it up some with descriptions and stuff but its more of a show room than a sales effort. I just can't make them fast enough to show profit and I have a bad habit of giving them rather than selling them and I'm perfectly fine with that. It's a hobby.

I've not forgotten you sierra, just waiting for the perfect piece of wood. Seems I haven't been getting much bench time of late either. Hopefully things pick up and I can score some more stabilized stuff soon.

Personally, I think we ought to VOTE to make this a sticky, plus start a new donation fund and call it the "Bawanna I Wanna Fund." I wouldn't know the first place to find this specialized stock you speak of, O Great One, but I could find a few spare pennies to toss into the BIWF jar.
